Do you feel overwhelmed when you think about giving birth? Do you not know what your birth preferences are and need a safe place to sound off your ideas? Do you know that you want the security of a hospital birth but are worried about too many interventions? A doula can help. We are here to be a bodyguard for your birth plan, calm you, and provide physical, emotional, and informational support.

Midwives are medical providers and doulas are not. As a doula, we do not give medical advice, perform medical exams, and we will not be the ones delivering the baby.

I am a Traditional Health Worker which allows me to bill OHP. Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to take any other insurance. However, you may use funds from an HSA or some insurance plans offer a lump sum for maternity care.

Yes! The cost of two prenatal visits, in person or virtual birth support, and two postpartum visits is $2000. We can split this up into four payments of $500.
The first payment is taken on as a deposit after your consultation, the second at your first prenatal, the third at your last prenatal appointment, and the last is due at your first postpartum appointment.
Please note that I am unable to offer refunds for missed or unscheduled appointments.
If you would like more than the visits provided, my rate is $45/hour for birth related visits. I offer a sliding scale for BIPOC, LGBTQ and disabled folks!
